What do I do in this situation?

it sounds like you like him. if he's staring in your direction i think he's trying to get you to notice him (but thats a bit lame). it is best to keep away from guys with girlfriends. they think women are stupid and that they can get away with it. really they're just disrespectful and selfish (and usually nothing to get excited over ually). also if you do like him why not play hard to get instead of texting him and always asking him out. any man will sleep wth you just to have including this guy. all you have to do is strike up a conversation, ask if their single, and give them your number. do this with 5 guys you like and see what the response is (just make sure its 5 guys who don't know eachother).
