Is the word "subway" trademarked?

I'm making a website called getbryceoutofsubway.com and the site content-wise has nothing to do with the restaurant but the design of it feature like a cartoonish mockery of their food and the title of the site also has the word subway in it. the website does not feature their logo or anything that may be trademarked besides the word subway. I was wondering if a law suit could happen once i get the site up and running. reason i was asking is because it got me thinking of the website 'peopleofwalmart.com' any help is well appreciated.
