So there's this guy that keeps flirting with me? Or at least I think it's flirting. Anyways does he like me?

Well there's this guy. Let's call him umm... 'Ferb'. (that's not his real name by he way) And umm 'Ferb' keeps flirting with me. I sit by him in math and he keeps touching me, accidentally according to him lol. And then when I'd turn and look at him Ferb's face would be red. He also tries to talk to me a lot. And instead of the average, "Bye". Ferb would say, "Bye, Julia, so I'll see you tomorrow at school." And he would studder and mess up his words. Then after I waved he would say, "Wait, Julia." And I would ask, "What?" Then he would say, "Never mind". And I don't know what is up with the Never mind' but Ferb says it everyday lol. He also steals my stuff. And he asks to use my pencils when I clearly see perfectly sharpened pencils sitting on Ferb's desk. And when we would need like a protractor or a calculator or anything 'Ferb' would say, "Oh, use mine!" And he'd slap it in my hand. Anyways so does 'Ferb' like me?
