Online buffers, help!!! how to fix it??

Okay, look at the bottom of the 'screen' on your monitor. There should be a triangle pointing right at first, and you touch that and the video starts running, then two short vertical lines appear where the triangle was. To the right of that there is a line, and on that line is a 'dot' that moves across as the video plays, but the line should be moving faster than the dot. If you can see that the line and the dot are moving together when the video starts and stops and skips stuff, just use your cursor to move the dot to the farthest left ... the line will keep moving and when you 'drop' the dot with your cursor, the video should play just fine.
