(Affirmative action), would someone explain it to the liberals ?

It's when everything is equal and the results aren't what those in power want so they toss out the results and start over, as in the case of the New Haven, CT firemen who achieved the highest scores and should have been promoted but since there weren't any African Americans, the city tossed out the test scores for a case of reverse discrimination.
