WIll my other dog be ok?

He should be fine. He will have a period of adjustment, though. He may not eat as regular as before, and he might look confused sometime (like if you do an activity that used to involve both dogs). He should be fine. If he does have problems eating, I would say to put some gravy or broth on his food to make it more tempting.
