If I get the blackjack 2, even if I don't use internet, do I have to pay a monthly internet charge?

It doesn't require you to pay for the internet as long as you don't use it. If you have text messaging, your internet is unlocked. If you don't have text messaging, you have the right to block off your text messaging and get your internet blocked too.
