Bad cough for three weeks?

I have had a pretty bad cough for a few weeks and wondering if I should see a doctor. I had bronchitis a few months ago could it be that again? I have also had a runny nose. Could it be allergies? I have also been running half an hour each day would that be causing this? Should I see a doctor?
